We had our 7th anniversary trip in Withby, and this picture below, with the big umbrella, was supposed to portray our aniversary lunch, wasted by the rain. At the tables beside ours, people continued to eat and drink under the rain. Some even without hat or hood. Our anniversary dinner was instead magical. We rented an apartament overlooking the Withby Bridge and had dinner there. The pandemic was still an issue and we avoided going to the restaurant. That apartment tuned out to be one of the most romantic places we visited.
